PELA CFDCAccessibility LoanIf you are a NEW or EXISTING business in Prince Edward or Lennox & Addington County, and you need to upgrade existing commercial property to become compliant with Access Ontario legislation, PELA CFDC can help! "Accessibility is not about ramps or automatic door opener's. It's about understanding that people with disabilities may have different needs." In response to the Provincial Access Ontario legislation, PELA CFDC has made available an information package, free to all businesses in the PELA region, which explains the legislation and provides some training tools, along with 10 x $5,000 Interest Free Accessibility loans to help with the cost of any property upgrades that your Accessible Customer Service Plan identifies. Our friends at Picton and Odessa Home Hardware have offered a discount package to make your loan funds go further.

Plan and the documents listed below, or drop into our office in Picton or Napanee for a paper or digital
version of the required paperwork.
