Partners PELA CFDC works closely with various organizations. Below is a list of our partners.  PELA Institute for Rural Development (PELAIRD) is a partnership between Prince Edward/Lennox & Addington Community Futures Development Corporation and the Monieson Centre at Queen's School of Business. Its primary goal is to gather information, analyze trends, exchange ideas and best practices, provide policy alternatives and attract the attention of academics, researchers and policy makers to specific rural development issues affecting PELA counties. The Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) is a national charity providing start-up mentoring, financing and business resources for young Canadians, age 18-34, to create their own successful businesses.
